Braq and Other Things

Yes, I have been looking forward to Braq for so long, and I'm so glad it's here. I slept til 10:30 today, which is pretty unusual for me. This is one well deserved Braq. Anyhow, the release date for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince was announced today: July 16, 2005 (4 days after my birthday). I know this means nothing to you, but this has been one of the best days of my life :D As a result, many of the major online bookstores (Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc.) have opened preorders. Just a few hours after the first preorders, HP&THBP became the no. 1 best-seller. Pretty sweet. Also, I just got my retainer today, so now I sound like a Down Syndrome Patient whenever I speak (no offense to our Down Syndrome-afflicted viewers). It's not fun at all. Although you do get a ginormous bag of candy when you get it.
